TWO ANTIQUE FRENCH FANS Late 19th to early 20th century A pink ostrich folding fan with pierced ivory sticks, the guard sticks painted and decorated with rose motifs, and a folding paper fan by Lenault, pattern 2147, with a scene of aristocrats and romantic figures, a coloured print motif to the reverse and gold highlights, the sticks in pierced ivory with black or applied silver motifs

A FRENCH SECOND EMPIRE COULAUX ET CIE OFFICER'S SWORD Mid 19th century, with maker's engraved mark Coulaux et Cie Klingenthal With a chiselled brass handle, a mother-of-pearl grip and a slender triangular steel blade with inlaid decoration, marker's mark below hilt; Coulaux et Cie owned the Royal forge facility at Klingenthal from the early 19th century to 1962.
