... David came in & collected the pieces we had bought, including the Hermes clic-clack bracelet. It took me a while to work out how to open it!! It's a very nice piece & I'm really pleased with it. I had a look on their website before the auction & a new one cost $860 whereas I got mine for half of that. I was really thrilled! It looks very nice on. My mum commented on it straight away.

I have to tell you that you're the only auction house I would buy jewellery from because you're the only ones who give extra detailed information & extra photos. It's a wonderful service, thanks. For almost all other auction houses you can only click on a button to request a condition report & a week later you get a 1 line reply which tells you nothing much at all. It's useless. Nobody could happily spend serious money based on so little information.
